Fuzzy-PID in BLDC Motor Speed Control Using MATLAB/Simulink

Brushless DC motors (BLDC) are one of the most widely used types motors, both in industrial and automotive fields. BLDC motor was chosen because it has many advantages over other electric motors. However, its application market, control systems still use conventional controls. This method is easy simple to apply but weaknesses, example that if system state changes, then parameters PID must also be changed so static dynamic performance will decrease, causing slow response frequent oscillations. In this study, design simulation a speed for using Fuzzy-PID were carried out. The research performed through with Matlab / Simulink. out by providing setpoint input 650 rpm 2 methods, namely Logic Pi which 1 second. test results show can provide better more stable than PI control. reduce fluctuation torque stability operate efficiently reliably.
